Spectacular view off back porch! The owners of this home are extremely unique and highly educated. With a tremendous knowledge of world travels and an extensive stay in Panama, the home was designed to capture the outdoors. With over 60 windows, and numerous outdoor living spaces their home is a sanctuary in the trees. Bright colors and an open floor plan reflect the owners true personality. Designed by the late George Linn, this home took more than two years to design, and 9 months to build! Sitting on 12" concrete columns more than 14' above ground, this home is truly one with nature! The owners also wanted to be cautious of the environment. Only the trees that had to be removed were taken. BioBased foam insulation was used throughout the home including the floor! With the help of the owners, a recalculating water line was attached to the water heater that was coiled on the roof. The coiled line is able to assist in heating the water that runs through the water heater thus using less energy. Average utility cost will be updated shortly!
